They explained what we were going to do, had stickers and a movie on tv to help distract him. The visit went much better than I had anticipated thanks to the wonderful Dr. Jacob being so gentle and even singing the abcs to him while brushing his teeth. As soon as you walk in the front desk staff is incredibly kind, professional, and patient. The process of filling out the information for your child/children is the easiestI've experienced.. It's electronic which made me realize that the office is very up-to-date with the most convenient technology. The dental assistants were absolutely wonderful, and the doctor was so professional and so courteous. It was just a 100% amazing experience and probably the best I've ever had with a pediatric dentist. My kids absolutely loved them and that's what's most important. My daughter is very shy, but Dr. Riina and the staff there brought her out of her shell. She explained every single thing to me, answered all of my questions, and gave me all of my options to scale out. She did a filling for my daughter and it looks like a brand new tooth! When my daughter came out smiling, I assumed she cried her way out of it. But long behold, she came out smiling with a brand new filling and beautiful teeth. This place is truly amazing!”

The receptionists are always so welcoming and helpful, we barely ever wait to be seen, which my kids probably don’t like bc the waiting room for kids is pretty nice lol We have been seeing Dr. Mukund since we started and he is very patient with the kids, as well as parents and extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes I’m not sure about the medical terms and he breaks them down for us. I trust his judgement 100%. I literally have no complaints about this place and I’ve been taking both of my kids for over three years. Awesome customer service! I’ve referred two families here and they are both thankful for finding this place as well.”
